Salisbury Live offering up loads of live music

Over four weekends, Salisbury Live are bringing loads of live music and entertainment to Salisbury and South Wiltshire.

Up first for Salisbury Live 2023 is the Bank Holiday Sunday, 28th May at River Bourne Community Farm in Laverstock. Live @ The Farm is back for 2023 with 9 acts over the two stages.

The main stage features Europe's Number 1 Bowie Tribute, Aladdin Sane as the headliner. The support comes from Absolutely Elton, an Elton John tribute act.

Over on the Salisbury Live stage is a range of local acts, including headliners Pronghorn with support from Pyeshoppe and Signature Vision.

In addition to the music, Live @ The Farm will have food stalls, licenced bars and fun activities for kids.

Tickets are available online, with the gates opening at 2:30 pm

Salisbury Live heads out of town on the A36 for 'Picnic in the Park' at Alderbury Recreation Ground. The event takes place on Saturday, June 3rd.

Entry is free, and features live music with headliners Train to Skaville, a very popular Ska band. There will also be market stalls, hot food stalls, licenced bars and children's entertainment.

Saturday, June 10th is Salisbury Live's multi-venue event, 'Out & About', with acts playing at a plethora of venues around the city. The venues taking part are. All start at 8:30 pm unless stated:

The Winchester Gate, Rampart Rd The Royal George, Bedwin Street Qudos, Castle Street Avon Brewery, Castle Street George & Dragon, Castle Street The Wig & Quill, New Street Brown Street, Brown Street The Bishops Mill, The Maltings (from 3 pm) The Bridge Tap, Fisherton Street

To wrap things up on Saturday, 17th June, Salisbury Live bring the 'Summer Scrum Down' at Salisbury Rugby Club.

The event takes place on the training pitches, and alongside the music, there will be licenced bars, food stalls and activities for children.

Tickets are available via skiddle.com, with Under 12's being free.
