A Salisbury HR company has celebrated 15 years as “the small business HR experts” trusted by over 140 businesses.
Access2 Human Resources marked the milestone anniversary in March with its team of 10 with cake and office celebrations.
Founded in 2010, the agency works to keep business owners out of costly and stressful employment tribunals by offering specialist advice on HR and employment law.
Since then, Access2 Human Resources has delivered support to over 140 businesses and generated dozens of 5-star Google reviews.
Managing Director Dan Jenkins said he was incredibly proud of how far the company has progressed over the last 15 years.
Dan added: “As a small business ourselves, we know how challenging it can be to keep on top of your HR functions. Our role is to make sure a business owner can manage their HR efficiently so they can focus on running their business.
"With the rise of flexible working and increases in employee rights, Human Resources has begun to play an even bigger role in the small business world in recent years.
"Based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, our highly experienced team provides HR services and support to businesses locally and across the UK."
