Ryan Penny has signed at the Ray Mac as he joins Brian Dutton's side for the new season.
Penny was at the club at the start of last season though he was duel registered with Stoneham FC.
Dutton initially tried to bring Penny, a midfielder, back to the club when he returned but, unfortunately, prevented a return.
Penny came through the Sparsholt Football Academy and, in 2018, was called up to England Under 18s schoolboy side.
He has played for youth sides at Southampton and Swindon Town and Team Solent, Chichester City and Stoneham United, and his spell at Salisbury.
Of the new signing, Brian Dutton said, "Ryan is a great lad that I know well as I’ve worked with him before.
"He’s still young but has the right attitude, so he’ll fit in well here at Salisbury. I look forward to seeing him reach his potential, which we’ll work to develop together."
Salisbury played their first pre-season friendly at the weekend away at Laverstock and Ford FC. Salisbury ran out 5-4 winners on a hot day at the Dell.
Salisbury's current squad looks like this:
