In celebration of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, Wilding in Salisbury has created a special edition Cream Tea Martini cocktail.
The new cocktail will be available in Wilding on the High Street for the whole of June. The cocktail costs £10, but it can also be enjoyed for £7 between 5-7pm on weekdays.
The Cream Tea Martini was created by General Manager Dave Tregenza, who designs the Cocktail menus across the Wilding Group. Dave has been at the cutting edge of cocktail making for many years, having run two of his own bars, both of which regularly featured in Timeout's 'Top 50 Bars in London'.

Dave said, "I am really excited to put Wilding on the map! The food coming out of the kitchen, the amazing cocktails at the bar and the fantastic wine in our shop make this a very special place."
This Jubilee Cocktail is a take on the traditional afternoon tea of cream tea and scones; full of the flavours of British summertime with an alcoholic twist. Expect refreshing fruit flavours of strawberry and citrus with a creamy hit of Black Cow Vodka and some uplifting bubbles from Exton Park English Sparkling.
A spokesperson for Wilding added, "Whether celebrating in the sun or in the welcoming spaces inside, the Wilding Group’s Cream Tea Martini is a fun way to kick off the Jubilee celebrations!"
