Wiltshire Police are urgently appealing for help to locate wanted man Braden Lynam.
Braden Lynam, 22, is wanted in connection with a serious road traffic collision that occurred in South Western Road, Salisbury, just after noon this afternoon (27th March).
He has links to Salisbury and is thought to be in the Southampton area of Hampshire.
Detective Inspector Eirin Martin, from Wiltshire Police's Criminal Investigation Department, said: “This is a serious incident which has resulted in two people needing hospital treatment after suffering potentially life-changing injuries.
“We believe this was a targeted attack and the victims are known to the driver.
"There is no wider risk to the public.
“A cordon is in place at the scene of the incident in South Western Road and I would like to thank the public for their patience while this matter is dealt with.
"Another scene is in place where the suspect's vehicle was abandoned in Lower Road."
