Police find body in search for Edward Wyles

Police looking for Edward Wyles, who has been missing since January, have found a body.

In a statement police said: "A police-led search for missing person Edward Wyles, 33, supported by Wiltshire Search and Rescue, has located a body in Churchill Gardens, Salisbury shortly after 9.30am today (18/03).

"Formal identification of the body has yet to take place and local officers have informed Edward’s next of kin of the latest development.

"Our thoughts are with Edward’s family and friends at this incredibly difficult time and we ask that their privacy is respected."
