Wiltshire Police have confirmed they are searching Churchill Gardens for the missing Salisbury Woman, Lynne Morrall.
The area has been sealed off since this morning (27th March), with officers working alongside specialist search and rescue teams.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said, "Police search officers and volunteers from Wiltshire Search and Rescue are currently searching the Churchill Gardens area in Salisbury as part of wide-ranging efforts to locate 69-year-old woman Lynne Morrall, who has been reported missing."
Lynne is described as being about 5ft 6in tall, with a thin build, light brown shoulder length hair.
They continued, "She was last seen on CCTV footage getting off a bus in Exeter Street at around 1 pm on Thursday afternoon (21st March).
She was wearing a navy coat, dark trousers and black ankle boots, and was carrying a distinctive light blue bag.
"Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call us on 999 quoting log 306 of March 22."
