Park Yoga is set to return to Queen Elizabeth Gardens in Salisbury from this Sunday.
Park Yoga will be held in Queen Elizabeth Gardens, with sessions starting at 9:30 on Sunday mornings from May 4th and will run for 20 weeks.
Park Yoga is a charity that offers free outdoor yoga sessions around the UK for everyone.
Salisbury's instructor, Emily Burrough, said, "Come and join me for the first session of the season at 9.30 am - whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, all are welcome!! Bring your friends or family, or come alone and join our beautiful community."
Emily, who has been teaching yoga in Salisbury since 2016, added, "There is no need to book, just bring a mat or a towel and some water to drink and turn up, to stretch, move and breathe in the beautiful outdoors."
