Park Yoga is a charity that offers free outdoor yoga sessions around the UK for everyone.
Salisbury's instructor, Emily Burrough, said, "Come and join me for the first session of the season at 9.30 am - whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, all are welcome!! Bring your friends or family, or come alone and join our beautiful community."
Emily, who has been teaching yoga in Salisbury since 2016, added, "There is no need to book, just bring a mat or a towel and some water to drink and turn up, to stretch, move and breathe in the beautiful outdoors."
