Park Yoga is set to return to Salisbury as the warmer months approach.
It will be held in Queen Elizabeth Gardens, with sessions starting at 9:30 on Sunday mornings from May 5th.
Park Yoga runs every week until mid-September, and all sessions are free to join—just look for the big green flag.
Park Yoga is a charity that provides free outdoor yoga sessions around the UK for anyone and everyone.
Salisbury's instructor, Emily Burrough, said, "The inclusive and accessible sessions are running throughout the summer from 5th May - 15th September for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
"Park Yoga aims to connect people to the natural outdoors through a relaxing and energising yoga session, improving wellbeing and creating a positive ripple effect throughout communities."
Park Yoga sessions in Salisbury are led by Emily Burrough; she added, "There is no need to book, just bring a mat or a towel and some water to drink and turn up, to stretch, move and breathe in the beautiful outdoors."
