Salisbury District Hospital has a new state-of-the-art microscope, thanks to the Stars Appeal.
The new surgical microscope means that staff can now take better images and will help with procedures to repair nerves or tendons.
It's all part of a £190,000 project to create a dedicated plastic surgery operating theatre with specialist equipment.
It will enable patients to be treated as day cases rather than spending several nights in the hospital.
