A man in his 70s has sadly died following a road traffic collision in Salisbury City Centre this morning (22nd November).
The incident took place in Exeter Street shortly before 6 a.m. and involved a pedestrian who was near his van and a car.
Wiltshire Police said in a statement, "The man’s next of kin have been informed, and our thoughts are with them at this incredibly difficult time.
"Wiltshire Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Team are currently investigating the circumstances and are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who may have recorded dash cam footage.
"All involved remained at the scene and there have been no arrests.
