A 21-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of a man in Longhedge on Saturday (3rd May 2025).
Alfie Miller, of Willow Drive in Durrington, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Swindon Magistrates' Court today (5th May).
In a statement, Wiltshire Police said, "Darren Hughes, 52, was found deceased inside a property in Davies Road. His family are being supported by specialist officers and our thoughts remain with them.
"We ask that their privacy is respected at this incredibly difficult time.
"Cordons outside of the property have been removed but a continued police presence will remain in the area for several days."
