Network Rail have confirmed that London Road has reopened to pedestrains and motorists.
At around 7am this morning (9th November), the rail company reported that the crane used to remove the trains had been demobilised and taken away after the five train carriages were removed.
The works to repair the infrastructure are also reportedly under waywith travel updates regarding the railway reopening expected soon.
