Local pet insurance firm Tedaisy Insurance Group has revealed that its Perfect Pet insurance brand has won a coveted Insurance Times Gold Award in the ‘Personal Lines’ category, presented at the annual event in London yesterday evening.
Headquartered here in Salisbury; Perfect Pet insurance was founded by passionate pet owners Paul Byrne (CEO) and Natalie Surtees (Managing Director) in 2017 who, using their industry expertise, sought to bring exceptional service, innovation and support to pet owners across the UK.
Six years on, the company now insures hundreds of thousands of our furry friends and is highly rated by their owners (Trustpilot score 4.6).
As well as a range of cover options; Perfect Pet policies offer owners innovative services such as an in-house (local) Perfect Pet Vet, an online signs and symptoms checker and a 24-hour vet assist line that helps owners make the right decisions when their pets are in need.
With a recent acquisition under its belt and plans to provide even more service and value to its customers, Natalie and her team look forward to providing even more “gold standards” to their customers and their pets.
Speaking about the Insurance Times Gold win; Natalie said: “I am so thrilled to accept this prestigious industry award in recognition of what we provide to our Perfect Pet customers. This the tip of the iceberg for us; as the owner’s champion and passionate pet lovers ourselves; we are really excited about our plans to bring even more dedication to pet well-being to our customers.”
What the Insurance Times judges said: “The winning broker demonstrated a healthy balance of commercial and customer focus with strong revenue growth, high retention rates, and a rising TrustPilot score. Employing a voice of the customer representative for such a small company also really impressed the judges.”
