Andrew White, a comic lauded by Joe Lycett as “very exciting and very funny” is coming to Salisbury as part of his debut UK tour, performing at Salisbury & South Wilts Sports Club on 20th December.
The show promises to be a hilarious night out featuring drag queens, football hooligans, Oscar Wilde, reggae, musical theatre, and meat raffles as Andrew takes the crowd on a personal and uplifting journey.
Andrew performs year-round on the country’s top comedy stages, from famous clubs to packed-out festival tents and even an annual metal detecting rally! Away from his live work, he has written for TV shows like Mock The Week, made waves as one-third of the cult-hit podcast Trusty Hogs, and amassed an online following with over 1m likes and 10m views on platforms like TikTok.
Speaking about the show, White said, "I started my comedy career at the Salisbury Arts Centre whilst I was still a student at Bishop Wordsworth's, so it's very exciting to see out my first touring year back in the city. I'll definitely be throwing in some local material and am hoping to catch up with lots of friends!"
The show starts at 7:30 pm and tickets available from www.standupandrew.com/tour
