Bemerton Heath Harlequins have been knocked out of the FA Cup after a five-goal replay at the A-Class Arena.
Harlequins drew away at Petersfield Town on Saturday to set up last night's replay but didn't have enough to overcome the Hampshire side.
Petersfield Town took the lead with the first real action of the game, Archie Greenough, with the goal in the first minute.
Oli Davies doubled the lead after 42 minutes with a good solo effort.
Harlequins fought back and had a foothold in the game in the fifth minute of added time at the end of the first half.
Danny Young grabbed the goal right on half time with Bemerton a goal behind at 1-2.
The Rams re-established their two-goal advantage 20 minutes into the second half as substitute Harrison Cable added his name to the score sheet.
Harlequins fought straight back, and George Higgins got the home side back in the game within two minutes.
Bemerton fought hard, pushing forward to equalise and some in the ground thought they had a third. The ball appeared to go in the goal, hit the brick wall behind the goal and come back out - but nothing was given by the officials.
Harlequins continued to press but could not get an equaliser before the final whistle, ending their FA Cup campaign for this season.
