As back to school approaches, so does the return of Sarum Dodgeball which, due to high demand, is set to return this term time.
This year Salisbury City Council has increased the number of spaces available for children to take part in fun and fast-paced dodgeball sessions at Sarum Academy.
The sessions will include skill development practices, modified games, and traditional dodgeball matches. Children will be able to take part in a number of dodgeball games such as Medic, River-dodge, Unlimited Dodgeball, Cannonball, and many more.
A level 2 UK Dodgeball coach from District Sports will lead the class, with the project managed by Salisbury City Council.
Session times are:
5pm-6pm for school years 4, 5 and 6 (Ages 8-11)
6pm-7pm for school years 7 & 8 (Ages 11-13)
A free trial session is available and the remaining sessions are to be paid in advance at a cost of £3.50 per hour for 12 sessions, or £4 per hour for 6 sessions. Payments are due after the trial session is completed and before the first paid session.
The sessions are promised to be action-packed and a great way to play, exercise and make new friends.
