Salisbury City Council is hosting an event and inviting locals to 'Become a Councillor'.
They ask if you are interested in representing your community and helping to drive positive change in your area.
Salisbury City Council is inviting residents to a ‘Become a Councillor’ informative pop-up event on Tuesday, 4th March, from 6.30 pm to 8 pm at The Guildhall, Salisbury.
The free event is designed for individuals interested in learning more about the role of a councillor, the election process and the impact they can have on their local community.
Attendees will hear from current councillors, gain insight into the duties, responsibilities and challenges of the position and receive guidance on how to stand for election.
Whether you are passionate about improving local services, advocating for residents or driving positive change, the event is designed to allow people to explore how to get involved.
