Boutique shopping with a cause returns this Autumn

The Rockbourne Fair returns this autumn, offering a unique artisan shopping experience and supporting the Stars Appeal, Salisbury Hospital’s Charity.

It takes place at Salisbury Racecourse from Wednesday, October 16th, to Friday, October 18th, with late-night shopping on Thursday, October 17th.

The fair will feature over 100 handpicked luxury stalls. Visitors will be treated to a rich variety of products—from fashion, cosmetics, jewellery, gourmet food, luxury homeware, and toys—carefully curated items not typically found on the high street.

Rockbourne Fair has become an annual shopping fixture in Salisbury, welcoming over 3,000 people over the three-day event. Every purchase makes a difference.

After raising a phenomenal £51,000 last year, the committee continues its mission to raise vital funds for the Stars Appeal. Money raised will go towards the £1million the Stars Appeal, Salisbury Hospital’s Charity, aims to raise this year to fund new equipment, enhancements to buildings, and ongoing projects supporting patients across Salisbury Hospital, including the Stars Appeal Wi-Fi, hospital chaplaincy, support for patients with cancer and the Stars Appeal Play Assistant on Sarum Children’s Ward.

For Bev Moulding, Committee Chair, the Fair is a celebration of community: “Rockbourne Fair is not only a unique, luxury shopping event that welcomes thousands of people over the three days, it has enabled us to raise over £250,000 for the Stars Appeal over the last five years. We hope you will join us in October to support your local Hospital and to ‘Shop the Rock’!”

The Fair gives shoppers the opportunity to kick-start their Christmas shopping, whilst also making a real difference as the money raised will help provide the very best care for local people being treated at Salisbury Hospital, from premature babies to our oldest patients.”
