One of Salisbury’s most resilient and successful businesses will be celebrating their 35th birthday next month.
JASHAIRGroup, is family-owned salon business, and they will be celebrating a milestone this year - 35 years of delivering ‘award-winning hair and beauty services to the people of Salisbury and surrounding areas’.
Founded in 1990 by Jayne and Neil Prigent, JASHAIRGroup first opened its doors on New Canal with just three team members and a dream of providing a ‘more personalised and professional salon experience’.
Three and a half decades later, that dream has flourished into a thriving business with three locations, four beauty rooms, a dedicated training division, and nearly 35 talented team members, one for each year they have been operating.
Jayne Prigent, Founder and Co-owner, told Salisbury Radio, “We’re so proud to still be here doing what we love; caring for our guests, developing our team, and staying rooted in our values.
“To still be independent 35 years on is rare in this industry, and we’re grateful every day to the guests and team members who have supported us on this journey.”
The local salon is known for its commitment to training, innovation, and sustainability, JASHAIRGroup is a recognised Aveda salon group and has won numerous awards for both customer service and team development.
Many of its stylists have grown from apprentices to senior leaders within the business, and the group remains passionate about investing in young talent.
Throughout the coming weeks, JASHAIRGroup will be celebrating with 35 giveaways, exclusive promotions, team spotlights, and heartfelt thank-yous to long-standing guests and supporters.
Owners Jayne and Neil as well as members of their award-winning team will be appearing on Salisbury Radio on and around their official birthday on Wednesday 12th November.
