Emergency services were dealing with incidents on the A36 this morning.
Emergency services were called to the road near Pepperbox Hill shortly after 10:10 am. The collision caused the road to be partially blocked.
The collision also led to the arrest of one man for immigration offences.
The collision caused long queues in both directions.
Wiltshire Police said: "We were called to the A36 at Pepperbox Hill shortly after 10.10 am this morning following a report of a two-vehicle collision involving a Renault Captur Dynamique and a Volvo XC90. The road was partially blocked. One man was arrested for immigration offences following the collision."
