Open Day Celebration at Salisbury Quaker Meeting House

Are you looking for something “local” to do this Bank Holiday weekend? Look no further than the Quaker Meeting House on Wilton Road. We invite everyone to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the opening of our Meeting House. You can see photos of the transformation from the derelict Kennet Lodge to the beautiful building which provides a spiritual home for Quakers and is a valued resource for community groups. In the back there will be games for all ages, or you can sit and enjoy the garden. Sustainability stalls will offer second hand books, plants and seeds, and craft materials to take or swap. Refreshments, including homemade soup and cakes, will be available.
The Meeting House is at 51 Wilton Road, SP2 7EF. Parking is at the back, via Fountain Way. The Open Day runs from 10am to 4pm. Free entry. See www.salisburyquakers.org.uk
